I get that there's a difference in spell levels (2nd vs. 6th) - but it still seems odd to me that Suggestion requires Concentration, while Mass Suggestion does not (starts at 24h duration & scales up at higher levels).
By any chance has there been a mention that this is an error? It just seems that the limit to target combined with maybe a shorter starting duration (even in minutes) would be balanced enough without also requiring Concentration for the version that's already weaker anyway. :/
