I'm developing a campaign set in an infinite plane of water I'm calling Oceanus. Islands are scattered everywhere, so much that most of them lie uncharted. Sections of Oceanus are divided into their own regions (such as the Tsunami Region, which all of the islands in it have an oriental flair). The main concept of the game is to include exploration, swashbuckling, political intrigue, interesting combat situations, and good ol' fashioned dungeon crawls while the PCs follow a treasure map and pursue rival explorers. Of course, that's what I'm aiming for, but things could change. Anyone know of any good resources I could use? I'm looking for anything that would be useful in ocean-related games, including (but not limited to) sources about pirates, ships (mainly ship plans), islands, water-based travel, maps, etc. Also, if you have any good ideas, feel free to share them.
