summon creature evil? good?

my problem with this isn't the summon spells, its the prot from and magic circle vs spells...

prot from evil is a 'good' spell. but if a evil wizard is casting a calling spell, he's gonna need prot from evil to make sure he isn't attacked.

see what i mean? i've house ruled it.
The warding nature of the protection from and magic circle spells is not alignment specific. Any magic circle will keep out (or trap in) any summoned creature, regardless of alignment.

I'm playing a CN dwarf wizard who has summoned several fiendish critters, notably fiendish Dire Bats for their flight and Blindsight abilities. He also has been afflicted by an Eeevil spellbook that, as of the last game session, has summoned a demigod level nastie from beyond Time and Space and then been absorbed into my dwarfie's poor lil self. My party was trying to get him free of the Evil book before this but the deminastie is now battling the ancient gold dragon that is supposed to help. *sigh* :)

Anyway, part of my planned roleplay is to toss to the party the idea that freeing me of Evil is nice but: Do they want me to not summon Fiendish creatures like the Dire Bats that were SOOooo useful in a battle against an invisible monster.

We'll see just how much they do care about my alignment. :D
