Summon Swarm (aquatic version)

I have an aquatic-based campaign with spellcasters who want to use summon swarm. What kind of swarms have any of you used? I have not found any aquatic-based swarms in any books and cannot fathom rats, bats, or spiders underwater.

Fiend Folio has the bloodbloater swarm (listed under Aquatic Ooze), which is CR 1. Stormwrack has leech swarms (also CR 1). Stormwrack also has piranha and jellyfish swarms, but at CR 4 and 5 respectively, those are probably beyond the power of summon swarm.

Yup, saw those in the Stormwrack book, just cannot see leeches for a very deep ocean setting. Anyone got stats for a crab or shrimp swarm? LOL
