Thx for adding it. Mork Borg is OSR in the same way Knave, Shadowdark, Into the Odd are OSR.

Fair enoguh. Your poll. Personally, i find 5e just more streamlined and simplified 3e, specially if you count PF1 as part of 3.x line (which most people do). Looking at editions, 5e looks like natural evolution of 3.x. 3.5->5->5.5->4, from system design point at least.
To.each their own. 5E, for all its accessibility, is to me a devolution of 3.x. They threw too much baby out with the bathwater, especially in terms of DM support.

I'm going with 5e, Shadowdark, and 13th Age. I think it covers a wide range of fantasy RPGs overall.

They're all just f20 games. That's depressing AF. If the only games that are worth saving are f20 games, then I want no part of it.

Which TTRPG systems survive? Breyers Vanilla, Blue Bell Vanilla, and Great Value Vanilla apparently.

I find them different enough to be worth stating. There is quite a bit I find missing from the 5E "evolution," even though I do like it, I still prefer PF1. So, clearly this isnt for you, but for me.

Most games on this lists are, to my eyes, very similar, especially system-wise. There are differences of course and one could perfectly draw a line between all of them and have preferences. I do, too (among this trend of games, that's 5E I like the best). But if forced to choose three and ONLY three games for all eternity, I'd rather have very different games. PbtA is one, yes, and it's interesting that it is here noted as a system without any game attached. But I didn't even manage to choose a third, here, especially not a third system. I have an inkling Cortex could be it, but I don't know it enough to be sure.

All in all, from my perspective, these are almost all success/failure engines. A robust and battle-tested way to make ttrpg, sure, but far from the only one.

(This kind of list would be totally different if it were written on a french forum, BTW.)

There are more votes for some systems here than there have been threads on the same systems in the last 12 months.

This is an intentionally silly survey, but if people want some of these systems to be part of the discussion at ENWorld, the best way to do that would probably be to start some threads and to participate in them when they happen.
