Sundring Natural Weapons

My every dm instinct screams against the very thought.

I think it could be fun, if it's done well. It makes it possible for a PC to chop off a giant scorpion's stinger, for example - something which the current rules don't allow for. I'd allow it with perhaps one caveat: it work on a creature's primary natural attack, or alternatively, it can only impose a damage penalty on a creature's primary natural attack.
