Yeah he's great!
Is it 'cause he looks cool, or 'cause he's uber-powered cool? ;)

Yes.

I read Adam Warlock when he was the leader of the Infinity (whatever I can't remember). But really only because The Infinity Gauntlet is one of my favorites.

I think "The Infinity Gauntlet" was probably the best crossover series Marvel ever made.

I know the Mage knight people are going to put out a minuretures game for marvel. Which got me to woundering if thier was any news reguarding a D20 marvel game, I enjoy both the old percentile system and the saga rules, but wouldn't be great to get some good D20 marvel action?
It would be nice since a lot of us have been brainstorming about which approach via rules mechanics would work.

Chris Pramas' Green Ronin is doing a d20 Supers RPG titled, Mutants & Masterminds.

Morrus' Natural 20 Press is also doing a d20 Supers RPG. Sorry, didn't get the title.

Hobgoblyn Press is doing GODLIKE, a Supers in WWII era RPG, with its own system but featuring a d20 Conversion (most likely will not sport a d20 logo unless it is okay with WotC Legal to allow character creation rule for the other rules system to be featured in the book).

So far, I haven't heard anyone acquiring the Marvel Comics license for RPG. It would be nice if WEG offer a d20 conversion to their DC Comics Universe RPG, but I think they're holding a grudge against WotC for "stealing" the Star Wars license (by "stealing," I mean they're jealous that WotC got the license after Lucasfilm yanked the license from them during their bankruptcy period).

I'm holding out for Champions 5th, since it's finally been sent to the printers. And I'm an old school Adam warlock fan from his days on counter Earth and the whole crusade against his evil alter ego with the cool afro, later brought back with a classic bad guy ponytail.

Infinty Guantlet is defantly a classic. I love the part were Thanos turns wolverine's bones to rubber.
Jim Starlin is a god (of comics)

His work with the Warlock series and the Magus saga is soooo good, it's hard to even READ normal comics in comparison. :)

His Dreadstar stuff is some of the most overlooked work I know of.

Really, Adam Warlock is NOT much of a fighter, if memory serves.
Not that powerul, when you really look at his powers and effects (well, other than the vampiric soul-gem takes him over and sucks your life-force out... )

The member's button is disabled so I can't look for his profile.
I have his pdf but it's to big to post, and I don't know his website address.

Thanks for the mention MythandLore... I hope those who can't wait for a set of rules will use mine in the interim. ;-)

PS: Look for some of my work in the upcoming "Monsternomicon" by Privateer Press and a couple secret projects for Mongoose ;-)
