SUPERB customer service from Fiery Dragon Games

We've all got stories about lousy customer service, but I'm here to tell you about SUPERB customer service I received from Fiery Dragon Games.

Since the launch of 4e D&D, I've been using Fiery Dragon's Battlebox -- especially the Condition Counters. They are little plastic bases that hold "flags" with the various 4e conditions (dazed, blinded, immobilized, etc.). I find them invaluable as both a player and a DM.

Unfortunately, a few weeks ago an accident involving the floor and my foot resulted in a handful of my plastic bases being destroyed. I e-mail'd Fiery Dragon to see if I could purchase some replacement plastic bases.

Jason Kempton of Fiery Dragon responded with mere hours of my e-mail, asked me how many I wanted (I said 6), and offered to ship them to me at no charge -- no charge for the bases, and no charge for shipping. Excellent!

The plastic bases arrived the other day. He sent me way more than six. I am now the proud owner of TWENTY additional plastic bases. That's the entire set that comes with the Battlebox.

If I weren't already a loyal Fiery Dragon customer, I sure would be now. Since I already am a loyal customer, I've decided to spread the word about this awesome customer service.

Fiery Dragons are the best dragons of all!
