Supernatural TV show RPG

I am looking for an RPG that is very close to the TV show Supernatural. I want it to have mortals who fight the Supernatural using other things besides magic. Now if magic or anything else supernatural needs to be used I want it rare. Minor psychic abilities and magic are okay but I want them to be light. Are there any RPG's out there that match this description?

There's the Supernatural RPG, the OOP Buffy and Angel RPGs and the Hunter the Vigil RPG. All of them offer different related flavors of monster-whomping, with some optional supernatural elements.

I'm not familiar with Supernatural but on the Dresden Files RPG forums I recently saw a thread about people using that system for it.

There's also the World of Darkness core rules, which covers normal folks, rather than supernaturally powered PCs.

If you want to deal with out-of-print games, the field widens a bit more.

You also need lots of classic rock, a bit of blues, and the occasional, lamentable modern music. (It's on the CW. What can you do?)

We played White Wolf for years and I still have tons of books. I do think that would be a nice route to go though, but I did find the Supernatural RPG so I think I will end up running that.
