Supplements to run a kingdom?

I'm looking for a rules set, whether print or PDF, for creating and running landholds. It needs to be able to accommodate small landholds. Ideally it could handle large ones as well.

What is out there to cover this? Links and comments especially welcome.

Maybe Expeditious Retreat Press Guide To Medieval Magical Western Europe. I know Edens Field of Blood is Birthright-ish in nature with rules to run a kingdom, but that's been delayed for years.

I've seen the GTMMWE, and it is indeed a stunning - nay, amazing! - piece of work. But not really what I'm looking for.

Fields of Blood has been due forever, it will take a lot of convincing for me to set aside my skepticism and buy that one. It's been redone with a new team at least once. Doesn't bode well :(

This is something I really want, especially one that handles running small holdings well. Thats the one thing I didnt like about Birthright.

As it is, the only thing out there (D&D wise) is the old Companion Set.

There's a paragraph or two in the 1st edition DMG about collecting taxes as the ruler of a piece of land.

I'd also like to see a detailed book on this subject. Who is supposed to publish "Fields of Blood"?

more so than any other product, including BR, MMS:WE is the best for small landholdings.

Essentially, at the manorial level, you have an absolute wealth of detail - whereas as you scale up, the level of detail (by necessity) decreases.
