Iggwilv 12 - Just can't get past the name.
Iuz 26
King Snurre 2 - A legitimate villain from a famous adventure. Not sure why he is getting snuffed out, but trying to save him appears futile.
Lord Soth 23 - This guy appeared in a bunch of books, but did he have any actual impact on the game? Maybe I underappreciate the whole DL thing.

He's the second or third most influential person in the entire setting. He could have personally stopped the Cataclysm, but turned back from his quest because he thought his lover was cheating on him.

Then later on during the War of the Lance, he not only stops the Emperor from killing Kitiara but helps her slaughter all the other Highlords to make her the leader of the Dragonarmies. He shatteres the gates of Palanthas, the supposedly "Unconquered City" where the final showdown happens. And when his undead armies finally withdrew from battle, because of his own selfish reasons, the Dragonarmies crumbled without him.

So yeah. Not only is he partially responsible for the entire setting being the way it is, but he's always looming behind some other charismatic character and winning everything for them, until he decides to stop. It's one of the biggest reasons why he's considered the Darth Vader of D&D.
