From the OP (I should know, I wrote it)-
This is a pure popularity contest, and is meant to be fun. You can cast your votes for whatever reason you want. Spite, irrational love/hate, gameplay mechanics, strategic voting, and so on is perfectly acceptable. Did another player use a feat to optimize his character and outshine your perfectly roleplayed, "Olaf, the slightly drunk hobo?" Did you once take "tough" as a variant human and then completely forget you had it until level 20? Do you dislike the word "master?" It's all good! This vote does not affect anything in real life, and no feats will be removed from real life gameplay because of this vote. You can comment for the reasons for your vote, or not- up to you! But this is for enjoyment only.

Yea the OP doesn't say the same person votes multiple times. Maybe make that clear?
As such it can hardly be referred to as a popularity contest. It's more of a whoever is bored enough to cast the most votes contest....
