Cloak of Arachnida 6 - Come on, we are all mostly, ostensibly, DMs here. We should all know that nobody ever looks up.
Cloak of Displacement 21 - I might be wrong I believe this is the only item left that provides nothing but a passive benefit without any sort of active use. Getting hit less is nice, but I want things that let me roll more dice, not the DM.
