A swarm can enter or move through an enemy's space without provoking.

So this means that when a swarm enters or leaves a square occupied by an enemy it doesn't provoke, but all other movement does. Is that correct?

Yes. A swarms movement provokes as normal except when entering or moving through an enemy's square.
