Swashbuckler with some Warblade abilities

I have two different D&D groups and I have been tasked with beefing up the Swashbuckler some. I feel that the Warblade even without stances and such is a better swashbuckler. So I have grabbed some of the abilities and added them to the Swashbuckler.

Code:
[B]The Swashbuckler [/b] Hit Die: d10

        Attack Fort Ref Will

Grace – As long as you are not flat-footed, you gain an insight bonus equal to your Intelligence bonus (maximum equals your swashbuckler level) on your Reflex saves.

Deadly Precision – Your love of combat lends an uncanny deadliness to you critical hits. Starting at 5th level, you gain an insight bonus equal to your Intelligence bonus on rolls made to confirm critical hits.

Brains not Brawn – You anticipate your enemies’ ploys and tactics. At 11th level, you gain an insight bonus equal to your Intelligence bonus on any check made to oppose and enemy’s bull rush, disarm, feint, overrun, sunder, or trip attempt.

Opportunists – You notice the most subtle openings and cues offered by your opponents. At 16th level, you gain an insight bonus equal to your Intelligence bonus on melee attack rolls and melee damage roll made whenever you make and attack of opportunity.

Thanks.

I am not the DM currently in either group but everyone asked me to 'fix' the Swashbuckler. :)

My main focus was to give a reason to go past 3rd level.

Swashbuckler certainly needed a reason for that.

It puts quite a bit more importance on Intelligence, but I like it! The Dread Pirate in my game better not hear of this or he's going to want a do-over. >.>
