Swift actions into Standard

I know that you only get one swift action per round, but is it possible to demote a standard action into a swift action? What about a move? Essentially, is there any way to cast two swift spells in a single round? Thanks in advance.

Why no, the rules do not allow for that.

It sounds reasonable for a DM to allow a caster to use a standard action to cast a swift spell. But thankfully this means any "Swift+swift combo" can simply be disallowed.
