Symptoms of Lycanthropy?

Aside from the unibrow, don't forget about that unsightly toenail fungus :p (kidding)

I imagine that a werewolf in human form would shake violently back and forth if they got wet and chew at itches instead of scratching them. Perhaps they always sniff their food before they eat it and bypass the use of forks and knives (and stare curiously at spoons).
