I took the userguide that was so kindly put together for us (to consolidate the three or four guides we had and bundle of posts and prior decisions and the like), and updated all the text and links and such, formatted it, and turned it into PDF.
I think we should plan on putting that out shortly after the revised setting guide is announced. Towards that end, if anyone wants to see it and make comments or suggestions before we announce it, let me know by emailing me at emiricol AT emiricol DOT com and I'll reply with the attachment.
The zip file is 500k. The PDF is 20 pages including 4 pages of the official PC sheet. In other words, nice and concise
