I eat healthily, but a gaming night would usually be the exception. And since I stopped using real books at the tables a long time ago, greasy food is not a concern. Most commonly, we have crisps (though I usually don't buy the overly processed stuff like pringles, and I think the best crisps are always those with the least number of ingredients), crackers, saltines and similar dry savoury snacks, plus raw veggie finger food (carrots, cucumber, fennel, cherry tomatoes) possibly with a dip sauce, easy fruit (grapes, apricots, apple slices), dried fruit and nuts. Soft candies. Depending on the audience, soft drinks or cocktails.
