The three Duergar at the watch post can be heard arguing in dwarvish; </p><p><strong>"What's that?"</strong></p><p><strong>"Just more rocks falling, stop stalling and place your bet."</strong></p><p><strong>"Someone best go check it out."</strong></p><p><strong>"Well, I'm no going on my own."</strong></p><p><strong>"Fine, we'll send the patrol when they get back."</strong></p><p>Having chosen a time when the two patrolling dwarves were farthest away, you realise that you have a few minutes before anyone comes your way. Whereas you could have left the rope hanging without fear of it being found by accident, it'll almost certainly be seen by anyone coming to investigate the noise.</p></blockquote><p></p>
