Talon Amulet

So the character builder running on my friends computer we were unable to find the Talon Amulet. When i get on my computer the amulet is still in my database...both of our caharacter builders say up to date with the October patch..has anyone else had this problem or know why this is?

It appears the answer to your question is no, those and other RPGA items won’t be put back into the compendium.

The reasoning is that the RPGA stuff is not put through the normal developement process and they think it's likely that it will have some broken stuff in it at times (I think there have been a few pointed out previously)

What would make sense to me would be to have it available as an option and use of it mark the character as house ruled.

On the other hand, any time an LFR author wants to significantly change a monster for an LFR module, they have to vet the change with development. Kif, we have a conundrum.
