If its my Tarrasque then he's darn well proficient in thrown houses. He didn't go to house throwing school as a tad for nothing. Only the finest ergonomic throwing houses need apply. If you really want to soil yourself you should see what he can do with a Dwarven House of Throwing, great googly-moogly.

If throwing something like a house, is there a spread? The main mass of the house could stay together, but I'm thinking something like the Shatter spell. A main target and then creatures in a radius around the main target would need to make reflex saves vs shrapnel.

That sounds right. Or maybe concentric radii. The house proper is a 30' circle, with further 30' or whatever outside that taking the shrapnel damage. We may need to construct a table for thrown houses ranked by size and materials too.

You'd probably need to take into account construction material and compressive force. I view throwing a house kind of like throwing a snowball, you don't just scoop up snow and toss it you have to compress it a bit.

P.S. Boy Scouts from Texas hiking in the mountains don't stand a chance in a snowball fight vs kids from Minnesota. No clue how to make a decent snowball.

The bonus of houses is that have built in structure, so there's less need to compress, the sturdier the house the better. That little wicker fishing shack is a Texas snowball, while the dwarven townhouse is the Minnesota version. Unless you're throwing Iglus of course, then compression is essential. This might need a whole pocket gazeteer now we're starting to unpack the nuance.

House Throwing and You, a Guide for the Budding Kaiju. Sounds like a possibility.
