Tarrasque question: Why is he invincible?

If I remember right, there's been some errata about the Big T that lets you kill it at -30 Subdual damage.
OPne way to think of it is that what the Big T has is a hybrid of Regen and Fast Healing -- like Regen, it keeps going when below 0 and allows restoration of body parts; like Fast Healing, nothing really stops it.
And ol' Tarrasque has been around longer than the MM2; it hails from the shadows of Medieval Europe. It's more like a Great Old One that's too dumb to be actively malevolent than a regular uber-beastie.
