I bought the first edition of EoM, and I printed the entire thing out. It worked for me, though it would be cool if we could get a physical book out of this (unlikely though it may be).

I really enjoyed EoM the first time around, and I'll probably get the revised version. Top quality stuff.

Well, I'd like to note that Craer is I think the seventh person to ask whether there'll be a print copy. It certainly is not hard to arrange for a print-on-demand copy, but hopefully a publisher with a devoted printer can lend us a hand. *suggestive grin*
