OOC: Aw what the hell, I think I'll try to whip up a mini adventure for whoever is left in the tavern. Who wants to go? It'll be easier to get approved since I know none of the judges will be on the adventure.

OOC: The semester is on the brink of being over, count Pok in, Level 9 Gnome Wizard. He "left the Shard unnoticed" earlier and can tag along with his comrade River.

A shifter enter the tavern. He wears a nicely weave chainmail and on his back, a standard showing House Jorasco heraldry. He looks around and see the dying man. "Hi Brew, I've heard there is someone in need of healing here."

River put down his standard and grab his dagger and start to rip off the clothes and try to remove the man armor to expose the wound and try to evaluate the man health, but something seems unusual...

OOC: I've had a couple ideas about the next step in the plan. I'll be submitting to the judges in the next week or two. Life is keeping me pretty busy lately.

The door to the Tavern's Shard opens and a pair of creatures enter from the perpetual rains of Sharn. The first is a heavily armed and armored man. He's face is gaunt, almost emaciated, it is a wonder that he can lift the large blade he carries, let alone move in the heavy plate that he wears. His face is pale, nearly white, as is his hair and his eyes are dark orbs. The air around him grows chill as the man steps into the bar. The other creature is a displacer beast, a jet-black lithe hunting beast moving with grace.

The creature growls as it surveys the people in the bar, but as the man rests a hand on its head and whispers some seemingly incomprehensible words to it, the creature's hair stops standing on end and it relaxes a little.

"Hello, I am Amarande Vigoth, and this is Ulvellyn. We have come seeking allies of worth and skill to aid us in our quest." he says as he grabs a seat at a nearby table, the displacer beast curling up as his feat, placing itself between the warrior and the others.

Amarande beckons for the waitress and orders a large hunk of meat which he gives to Ulvellyn.

If having thp's 1/round can take 5 damage to add 5 damage to attack's damage. At start of turn can make a saving throw against daze/stun even if condition isn't (save ends).

The door crashes open and a orc dressed in battered plate carrying and large axe walks strides into the tavern. Ah HA ha! Rumbum back. Chief in tribe said I need more fighting to take over the tribe. He say I not ready yet. I join group to kill things yes? The orc smiles ear-to-ear waiting for a response from anyone in the tavern.

The displacer beast chomps loudly on the haunch of venison that it was offered and the ghastly man looks up at the newcomer, his dark eyes dancing over the battered armour of orc.

"Ah, a fellow warrior. Come, let me hear some tales of valour. The others here don't appear talkative" the man says in the goblin tongue.
