TBR 2007: Sound off

keryn and I are in. We each have games that night but we'll make it afterwards. :)

I assume you are putting her forward for consideration? Fick has seconded her...I think we're all good.

Hail Keryn and well-met. Your initiate pin will be awaiting you at the Con (Your Journeyman pin will be there as well Reveal)

CL...what was decided last year regarding Chapter 4, Paragraph 4 of the Articles?

I'm happy with the change to Saturday and I'm all up in this.

Should we make the "Post Garter Sandwich Bar" a fixture or should it just be one of those GenCon moments that you don't plan for but simply cherish?

Oh, who am I kidding, of course I'm in.

If my wife decides to join, she'll show up with reveal and keryn, since she's playing in the same game that keryn is. Oh and I'm sure that if Rel would take a moment to visualize my wife receiving the ladies' treatment at the RG, he'll quickly second her attendance. :)

Not only do I encourage Cindy to attend, if it's crowded then I'll let her sit in my lap. I'm a southern gentleman you know. We always offer a lady our seat.

Ahem...some journeyman (and I won't name names) is trying to convince me that TBR is a guy's night out only, and therefore it would be akward for me to attend. Will the attendant lady-folk please speak up to assure him that this is not the case?

I don't got lady parts but whoever is telling you that is full of crap.

You didn't by any chance mention to this "mysterious journeyman" that the men in attendance last year didn't find it awkward in the least.

I think said journeyman is more worried about his own awkward feelings...;)

It does appear that there will be more of an effort this year for at least a couple of the spouses to attend...heck, watching the spouses get the ladies' treatment is hot. I'm just sayin'. This journeyman may also appreciate the extra attention that a certain lady gets...*wink* *wink*

How could it possibly be awkward when NOTHING happens?
