Telekenisis, am I reading this wrong?

Have there been any sage advices on Telekenesis, or any clarifications?


As I read this a 12th Psi-warrior with a con of 18 can:

1. Thrown an enemy of 300 pounds or less 120 feet in the air <causing 12d6 falling damage> on a DC 18 will Save?

2. Disarm an opponent by similarly hurling his weapon.<same DC>?

3. Lift an enemy slowly up and rotate him?

4. Pull the rider off his flying mount from 880 feet below?

No, you are affecting an attended item with a spell. So whether you hurl the opponent or his weapon, it is a Will save either way. TK is not used as an actual 'attack' to disarm. Basically the same as shatter, but with a higher save & range.
