Tell me about the city books for Scarred Lands

Hollowfaust was a really, truly good book. A good break from the "necromancy is icky and therefore evil" cliche. It's a shame I didn't really have a chance to read any of the Scarred Lands setting books until well after the setting was out of print.

Those are the best of the city books, imo, for Scarred Lands. Burok Torn and Mithral are good but suffer from really needing the SL setting to shine. On their own they are a little underwhelming (especially Mithral).
Yes, I don't really see a place for Mithral in my campaign world.

That's why I think it would be more appropriate for the western lands of my largest continent. The Lands of Harqual has an anti-Necromancy storyline built right into the continent's mythology. ("Good" necromancers don't exist on that continent. There are neutral ones, however.)

The irony!

I find it funny that a "Knightfall" would be asking for information about the Scarred Lands, when just a few years back a guy named "Nightfall" would pop up within 2 minutes of anybody mentioning Scarred Lands...

I knew that someone was going to point that out eventually. I never really new that Nightfall but I knew of him. I'm not likely to become obsessed with the Scarred Lands. I don't need another campaign setting.

I had Relics & Rituals at one point, but I didn't really like it.

No, the city books are my main interest. I'm not likely to get into anything else regard SL.
