If a druid with the half celestial template wild shapes, what celestial qualities, if any, does he maintain?

You retain all supernatural and spell-like abilities and some extraordinary abilities (those derived from class levels).

He retains the Sp and Su abilities which are not dependent on some physical part of the original form. So he would still be able to use daylight at will, smite evil, use the half-celestial's Sp abilities. He would lose SR and the energy resistances(both are Ex abilities), the racial bonus vs. poison, the disease immunity. He would retain the DR, since I believe that's Su.

Some DMs might feel that DR is part of the way the body works, and thus would also be lost. I don't know which way I'd rule, I can see both sides.
