Templates, and the level adjustments

I have players that are interested in the half fiendish template, as we are playing a Lawfull Evil campaign, Hextor Clerics etc. Am I correct its only a +2 level adjustment? With all those immunities, and bonuses? Same thing with half Celestial package a lot of bonuses for the cost of 2 levels. Half dragon +2 level adjustment..............compare that to the genasi or the tiefling the drow are pretty good but they still dont hold a candle to the half fiendish/drago or celestial templates....Am I missing something (which is usually the case)

... where are you getting your +2 number? I'm pulling mine from the 3.5 Monster Manual.

You're looking at Fiendish, not Half-Fiend. As BuggusGeekus said, Half-Fiend is +4.
