ZEITGEIST is not a retroclone; this is evident by the lack of a random harlot table. It's not known whether D&D Next will contain such a table, but one might pop up on RPGNow.
Your way of playing eating rpg's oysters is just plain badwrongfun. Cooking (usually by steaming) is what leaches all of the flavor out of them! It's why the inclusion of houserules hot sauce becomes a necessity.
Besides, the uncooked version has much more olfactory commonality with the random harlot table.
When I was a boy, I used to spend holidays with my father in the tropics of Australia. We would go fishing amongst the islands off the coast of Queensland. There was one particular island that was surrounded by rocky beaches that would be exposed at low-tide. These areas were brimming with rock oysters. My father would give me a beer and a knife and we'd hunt through the rocks, shucking and eating fresh oysters.
