That happens to a pined persons AC?

Please help me with this problem.
If a person is first grappled and then pined. That happens to that person?s dex mod to AC? Does he just lose it? Or is it -5 for being immobile?
Or is it just the +4 that attackers get against the pined person.

That about this, try to think of this classic movie scene. The big brute is holding the hero helpless while the bad guy disarms him. The bad guy kicks the hero?s gun away and starts to brag about how superior and evil he is. Then the hero breaks free and kicks the bad guys ass. You know the rest.
Is this possible in the rules? How?

Against the opponent pinning you, you still have your full-AC. And that opponent do not have any attack bonus against you. If that opponent can make multiple attacks, he can use subsequent attack(s) for "Damage Your Opponent" option.

Against other opponents, you lose your Dex bonus to AC as you are grappled. And they get +4 bonus to attack.
