Is a raging barbarian out of control? It doesn't look like they take an intelligence or wisdom hit beyond the restrictions to skills, etc.... but, interested in your interpretation.

It's a player's prerogative, but I would highly discourage against indescriminate attacking. That's the effects of a curse, not a class feature. Unless, of course, a player wanted to play a somewhat "broken" barbarian, which I would have no objections to; sort of a "Jekyll & Hyde" character.
