The Ataraxian Juggernaut (PrC)

First Post
In the past, I've made two monk/fighter PrCs which received some attention and overall positive reviews. I've got two new ones: one for heavily armored fighter types, and one for warrior mages. First up: the Ataraxian Juggernaut.

Aside: Ataraxia is a greek word for peace. I like the sound of it, so it became a warlike, decadent country in my campaign.

The Ataraxian Juggernaut is an elite soldier, often equipped with the heaviest armor and a mighty maul. He strides across the battlefield, and only the most stalwart foes dare to stand in his path. With a single strike, he can stagger a giant, or knock of grown man off his feet. The juggernaut concentrates on eliminating obstacles as efficiently as possible.

Code:
[b]Level	BAB	Fort	Ref	Will	Special[/b]
1	+1	+2	+0	+0	Armored movement
2	+2	+3	+0	+0	Staggering blow
3	+3	+3	+1	+1	Bonus feat
4	+4	+4	+1	+1	Armored rest
5	+5	+4	+1	+1	Mighty blow
6	+6	+5	+2	+2	Bonus feat
7	+7	+5	+2	+2	Fierce strikes
8	+8	+6	+2	+2	Armor optimization
9	+9	+6	+3	+3	Bonus feat
10	+10	+7	+3	+3	Unstoppable hammer

Requirements
To qualify to become an Ataraxian juggernaut, a character must fulfill all the following criteria.
Base Attack Bonus: +5.
Feats: Cleave, Power Attack, Weapon Focus (any Medium-size or larger bludgeoning weapon)
Proficiency: Medium or heavy armor.
Special: Must impress a juggernaut with a feat of great strength.

Game Rule Information
Ataraxian juggernauts have the following game statistics.
Hit Die: d10.

Class Skills
The Ataraxian juggernaut’s class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Climb (Str), Craft (Int), Intimidate (Cha), Jump (Str), Profession (Wis), and Ride (Dex).
Skill Points at Each Additional Level: 2 + Int modifier

Class Features
All of the following are class features of the Ataraxian juggernaut.
Armor and Weapon Proficiency: Ataraxian juggernauts are proficient with all martial weapons, light, medium, and heavy armors, but not shields. Note that armor check penalties for armor heavier than leather apply to the skills Balance, Climb, Escape Artist, Hide, Jump, Move Silently, Pick Pocket, and Tumble. Also, Swim checks suffer a -1 penalty for every 5 pounds of armor and equipment carried.
Armored Movement (Ex): The first thing that the aspiring Ataraxian juggernaut learns is how to move effectively in even the heaviest armor. The juggernaut no longer suffers any movement penalties associated with wearing medium or heavy armor and ignores the weight of the armor for the purposes of encumbrance.
Staggering Blow (Ex): Once per day per class level, the juggernaut may deliver a staggering blow in place of a standard attack with any Medium-size or larger bludgeoning weapon. On a successful hit, the target must make a Fort save (DC 10+the juggernaut’s Strength modifier) or be staggered for 1d4 rounds.
Bonus Feat: At 3rd, 6th, and 9th level the Ataraxian juggernaut gains a bonus feat. The character must meet all prerequisites for the feat normally. The feat can be chosen off the following list: Athletic, Endurance (Diehard), Great Cleave, Great Fortitude, Improved Bull Rush, Improved Overrun, Run, and Weapon Focus.
Armored Rest (Ex): After intense training, the juggernaut becomes so used to wearing armor that he can rest comfortably in it. He no longer suffers any penalties associated with sleeping in armor.
Mighty Blow (Ex): The juggernaut’s blows dramatically increase in power. He gains the Knockdown feat (from Sword and Fist) as a bonus feat, even if he does not meet the perquisites.
Fierce Strikes (Ex): Only the most determined foes can stand in the way of the juggernaut’s attack. When using the standard attack action, the Ataraxian juggernaut may make an additional attack with his normal base attack bonus against a second target. The second target must be adjacent to the first and within the character’s reach. The juggernaut may not use his staggering blow ability during any round in which he uses this ability.
Armor Optimization (Ex): After spending days on end without leaving his armor, the juggernaut learns the best position for maximum protection. The armor bonus of any medium armor increases by 1 when worn by the juggernaut. The armor bonus of heavy armors increases by 2.
Unstoppable Hammer (Ex): When the Ataraxian juggernaut reaches the pinnacle of his abilities, it becomes all but impossible for any foes to stand before him. All attacks made with any Medium-size or larger bludgeoning weapon inflict additional nonlethal damage equal to the amount of normal damage inflicted. This extra damage includes critical hits, but not bonus damage from magical properties of the weapon. Whenever the juggernaut successfully staggers, knocks unconscious, or knocks prone a foe with an attack, he may make an additional attack at the same base attack bonus against that foe.

Interesting class. But a few comments:

If ever a class concept demanded a D12 HD, this class is it.

I think I would add Endurance and Great Fortitude or Iron Will to their Feats prerequisites.
Maybe 4+ ranks in Jump and Swim as well to demonstrate physical fitness?

Armored Movement, too good. Why not stage it? So at 1st level they get +5 ft movement in armor, can run in heavy armor and treat the armor's weight as half for encombrance and then give them the rest of the bonuses at later levels?

Fierce Strike, they already have cleave, maybe make this into some additional bonus for charge/bull rush instead?

Armor Optimization, I think I would be happier with it if it increased the Max Dex of the armors rather than giving a flat bonus.

Unstoppable Hammer, too good and does too much. Needs to be entirely rethought and rewritten.
