Another way to add content without creating bloat would be a series of "revisited" articles. There have been a lot of duds in the past (both magazines and books). Rather than issuing errata to fix the stuff that's weak or that no one uses, I'd be perfectly fine seeing a rewrite of the article, either updating the feats/options in the article, or retiring the old crunch and adding entirely new content. I know I would appreciate a Minotaurs Revisited or a Runepriest Rune Feats Revisited article.

For handling the option bloat I would hope they use the CB data to start ranking options and then put in a "Normally Not Wanted" section in the options where all the stuff that is (almost) never used would end up - so it is still an option if peeps really want it, but it won't show up to get in the way or confuse peeps with bloat.
It shouldn't be hard to make such a thing that sorts options that appear less than 5-10% of the time (or simply are the least common, as set with some boundary) into a "NNW" section.

I play a seeker in one game. He could use a few power options for sure.
But I can still pick between 344 feats for him at 1st level, without taking a muticlass feat. And half of them are absolute garbage feats from dragon. And then there's redundant feats like Epic Will. Yeah, that considers all the expertise and focus feats, but there's so many redundant versions of expertise that it very much is part of my point.
A few more feats/powers/builds for the classes that are lacking would be fine. But there are so many redundant and worthless feats out there cluttering the list already. The fact that some classes could use some more support is an entirely different issue.
