I have a small case of DM burn out yet here I am thinking of a cult that worships a sleeping Terasque.

Awaken ye who doth sleep
Awaken from thy slumber, Oh ancient one
Cast off thy shackles of slumber
Become the nightmare for the land once more
Awaken o' mighty lord of destruction
Consume thy foes in a feast of death and dispair
Awaken and bring ruin to the land
Awaken o' Terasque, thy might is called upon once more
Awaken and bring forth thy nightmares unto reality!


I don't know I will post more when I can find the energy to make it. I know its headed up by a worshiper of the Terasque at least a high ranking cult member (gotta find that dragon for it)

Nightmare beasts come from the dreams of this thing.

But why would someone (a sane someone, at least) want to awaken a beast that is going to ravage the land and cause vast amounts of chaos?

Ya know guys who worship a terasque are
1. Not very bright
2. Not in the least bit sane.
3. Doomed to become a McNugget if the thing wakes up.

I haven't had time to hunt up the stats on the Cult of the Terasuqe from a past Dragon, I will get to it later this week I hope.
 

Here is one powerful nutjob. I can't find the article that details the cult of the terasque but here is step one. He only can cast up to 3rd level spells since the Terasque is not really a god.
