So it’s nothing onscreen so to speak but the main villainess has sex with a lot of men who are charmed by her and is herself charmed, raped then made to forget so she has a demon child that grows into an adult across the adventure. Probably a bit much for me.

Though the demon-man has serious six finger Grazzt vibes.

Unfortunately, it ended up one of those seminal adventures for the larger metaplot of Ravenloft that the setting would reference constantly. Luckily, it was still possible to ignore it and the 5e version changes it to far more of an Omen style story in the brief blurb in VGR.
