The best Power in MP is....Warlord Utility 6 Power.

True, but for that one encounter you'll get up to 19 attacks before the enemy gets another turn, and 9 of those have a huge bonus to hit if you're a resourceful warlord. If you're also tactical (from the Infernal Strategist PP) then 4 of those attacks will get a big boost to hit and/or damage). The 19 doesn't include any other effects the party may have to generate bonus attacks.

A barbarian, warlord, warlock / student of caiphon, wizard, and fighter could lay some serious beats. There's probably a beter combo, but I drew a blank on free attacks after the first three and so went for a balanced party.

This is a really enjoyable power. You can use it flexibly to move someone up the initiative roster, or allow a slow person to take another turn. My preference has been speeding up the actions of the party Wizard to get off those crucial controller spells before everyone rushes headfirst into the mass.

Pure delight.

Man, remember White Raven Tactics? This is like that, but slightly less abusable. I miss WRT. Me and another warblade would be like, White Raven Tactics to you! And he'd be like, nah man, White Raven Tactics to you! And I'd be all like, lemme refresh all my maneuvers, so we can do this again next round! And he'd be like, ok!

Those were good times.

Exactly my thought as well! Reminds me a lot of the tag-team cheese that was multiple characters with WRT.

I don't think it'll ever get that bad though - Bo9S was newcoolfun and several of my players jumped on that ship simultaneously. I don't have multiple warlords or multiclass PCs in my game so this power will probably be a lot fun.

Some fun possibilities

Dragonborn Fighter (Multi into Warlord): 20 Init
Human Warlord (Tact with +3 Int): 18 Init
Dragon: 17

Fighter, readies attack triggering on Warlord attacking
Warlord, spends AP attacks with Commander's Strike or Lead the Attack (+3 to attack): Attack 1
Fighters readied attack triggers (+4 to attack), Fighter moves down to Init 18 above Warlord: Attack 2
Warlord, Commander's Strike to Fighter (+4 attack, +4 damage): Attack 3
Warlord, Guileful Switch (Both at Init 18, Warlord now ahead)
Fighter, Attacks (+4 attack): Attack 4
Fighter, Dragon Breath (+4 attack): Attack 5
Fighter, AP to Attack (+5 attack): Attack 6
Fighter, Guileful Switch
Warlord, Commander's Strike to Fighter (+4 attack, +4 damage): Attack 7

But then again who says you have to give the extra attack away:
Warlord: Init 20
Fighter: Init 19
Rogue: Init 18
Dragon: Init 17

Warlord, attacks
Warlord, Guileful Switch (Fighter move up to 20, Warlord down to 19)
Fighter, full round @ init 20
Warlord, full round @ init 19, insert recovery of Encounter power here, reuse Guileful Switch with Rogue (Rogue moves to 19, Warlord to 18)
Rogue, full round @ init 19
Warlord, Full round @ init 18
...
Dragon goes

Yes the best combo seems to be the Warlord going first with a way to recover an Encounter Power.

Warlord 20
PC 2 19

Warlord, full round ending in Guileful, PC2 full round now at 20. Init 19 Warlord full round recovering Guilful and ending in Guilful, PC2 now acts on 19.

If both have Guileful and the ability to recover it, they both act 2 times at Init 20 and one gets another action at 19.

I would expect an "update" shortly fixing it so it must be the activating PC's first action on their turn, which immediately shuts down the recursive issue.

I prefer Rush of Battle for giving some major beatings.

If everyone in your five person party has a decent basic attack of some kind, that's an extra 9 attacks, each with a large bonus to hit.

What if your 5 person party is all warlords and all have both Utilities?

- Warlord 1 goes, uses a standard to attack once, uses AP to attack again, uses Rush of Battle
- Warlord 2 goes, uses a standard to attack once, uses 2 minors to attack twice, uses AP to attack again
-Warlord 3 goes, uses a standard to attack once, uses 2 minors to attack twice, uses AP to attack again
-Warlord 4 goes, uses a standard to attack once, uses 2 minors to attack twice, uses AP to attack again
-Warlord 5 goes, uses a standard to attack once, uses a minor to attack, uses AP to attack again, uses a minor to activate Guileful Switch on warlord 1
- Warlord 1 uses a standard to attack, uses guileful Switch on warlord 2,
- Warlord 2 uses a standard to attack, uses Guileful Switch on warlord 3, uses Rush of Battle
- Warlord 3 uses a standard to attack, uses a minor to attack, uses Guileful Switch on warlord 3
- Warlord 4 uses a standard to attack, uses a minor to attack, uses Guileful Switch on warlord 3
- Warlord 5 uses a standard to attack, uses 2 minors to attack

Grand Total: 25 attacks in one round for a party of 5 warlords, granted everyone starts adjacent to a target. Of course, some of those standard action attacks can be used to activate powers that deal multiple attacks themselves, so the total could be higher (what is that one barbarian power that does 6 attacks?).
