Nah, not forget...it's just the Midas mindset all over again. Turning everything you touch into gold is better than being able to eat. ;)

King Midas "Babydoll, peel me a grape, you know what happens if I touch my own food. [bzapt] I'll give you this solid gold coffee table!"

Anywho, since Unearthed Arcana is one of my favorite WotC products for all the options it introduces (not all of which I need to use) and Arcana Unearthed was chock-full of awesome (from the magic system to classes like the Witch and Warmain and Mageblade), I'll definitely get this as soon as it hits print. (Me no do the PDF thing. I'm a big ol' Luddite.)

At present it's apparently planned as a pdf exclusive, so no print version. There was some musing about making it available through Lulu, but I don't know if anything will come of that.

Will be grabbing this later on today. Can't wait!!!

I'm interested in reading a good review or two about its contents before I spend the money to pick this up. If anyone has picked this up, what can you tell us about it?

With Regards,
Flynn

Bizarrely enough, there are some details coming through in the other thread. . . the one in the 4e forum here. No, I'm not kidding. Anyway, hope that helps a bit. I haven't picked it up at this stage, so, no personal observations to add. Sorry. :\

Monte wrote on his blog, http://montecook.livejournal.com/133614.html:

"One last thing. While this will be available as a pdf on Thursday, next week sometime we're planning on playing around with lulu.com for a print version. So if you really prefer print to pdf, look for that announcement next week."

Aww man. Soooo tempting. But I'm trying to get AWAY from d20 gaming, not deeper into it! :D
And even though at $9 I'd normally snarf this up in a heartbeat I think this is going to be a "Easter money from Grandmama" purchase.

Link?
