I have posted the final version, which includes a much better copyright notice and correct use of OGL. I've also bought a nice display font to use instead of the one I had before, which was alarmingly similar to the one used by a well-known PDF RPG publisher.

Anyone going this way (producing your first OGL or d20 product), whether commercial or not, should buy the ePublisher d20/OGL Guide. (http://www.rpgnow.com/product_info.php?products_id=3289&) It's a thorough explanation of both the OGL and the d20 System Trademark License, plus annotated versions of both and discussion of other licenses and non-d20-compatible OGL works. Well worth the money.
