A single tear streams down Lucann's right cheek. He turns to face the dryad with a grim countenance: "You disappoint me. There was a time when my blood flowed for your heart, Maiden of The Autumn. It was your tenderness that guided me toward stewardship of the forest. It was your beauty that helped me realize there was more to look forward to than hunting and revelry. The time we spent under the shade of your treehome tied me to Our Lady. Without you I would be no steward of The Accords.". In an instant, Lucann's bearing shifts from somberness to quiet but fierce resolve. His eyes burn with Sehanine's warmth and he looks upon the dryad with disdain. He speaks: "You do not realize what you have taken from me on this day. Know this - there is no strength to be found in shadows. How can there be? Shadows take their strength from the light of the moon and the sun. They rob the world of its beauty. They delight in twisting what is beautiful and pure. Turning to the shadows has done nothing to restore our ancestral home or help to ensure what remains will be safe. Your actions here have disrupted the connection the True Forest has with this world. You have brought suffering to our cousins. Our lady did not betray you - you betrayed her when you turned away from beauty." Lucann's hefts his spear. His words are measured, but firm: "Heart of my heart, I still bleed for you. That is why I cannot see you continue down this path. Look into my eyes - Our Lady lives within me and around me. See that the world still lives, and you might again. this is my oath to you - I will restore The Accords and see you returned to the treeheart. If you still have any love for me you will see that I speak truth." Lucann turns to Quinn: "I know you believe in nothing, but I'm sure you can see that nothing can come of her staying as she is - a shadow of her true self." Intent: To wear at her spirit and help her see her way back to Sehanine's service. I'm leveraging Glaring Admonition here. Lucann will fight to restore her. Mechanics Minor Action For Oath of Enmity - she's also marked until the end of my next turn. Standard for Glaring Admonition

1d20+15=27 vs. Will
Damage: 3d8+5=21* Half on Miss
-2 to defenses vs divine attacks (save ends on hit, end of next turn on miss)
Effect: Implement attacks can take advantage of Oath of Enmity mechanics.
Minor Action: Loyal Sanction - Quinn receives +5 to damage rolls versus the Dryad until the end of my next turn. Forgot to add enhancement bonus. It's actually 24 damage.
