How could I forget the magic mouth riddle!?

And smells. Every room smells different but this has no significance whatsoever and isn't a clue to anything.

An unmappable maze of passages that cross over each other and connect identical chambers in random ways. One passage is marked by a broken pot.

A spire of rock 1000 feet tall in a chamber only 30 feet underground. If you climb it, you find a mysterious inscription. If you read the inscription out loud, you are teleported back to the bottom.

And some sort of expedition into the sewers.

Maybe the innkeeper needs somebody to clear his cellar of giant rats?

A flooded passage leading to an enormous cavern with a waterfall. There's a secret door behind the waterfall.

True - all good dungeons have rivers running through them!

A quest-giver that turns out to be the villain.

Even better if he turns out to be a doppelganger.
