The Complete List of d20 Monster Books Updated 12/10/04

Thanks to everyones so far I am up to this post.

? should I include the publishers name or the name of the authors of these books or just leave it as a set list?

Is Dweomercraft -familiars

a section of a book or a book all it's own

I am not doing books with sections on monsters as they are in many, many different books many of them quite good but not really a dedicated monster books.

Proving that you can never have too many monster books.

I am still waiting on the confromation of the d20 fading suns books name.
I think there is another green ronnin book about shapechangers.
I thought there was another everquest book about monsters but I could be wrong.

Oh and just for fun my Top Ten

1. Monster Manual 3.5
2. Monsternomicon
3. Creature Collection II
4. Book of Fiends
5. Legacy of the Dragon
6. Liber Bestarius: The Book of Beasts
7. Creatures of Freeport
8. Dangerous Denizens: The Monsters of Tellene
9. Creatures of Rokugan
10. Tome of Horros I

Honorable Mention
The Monster Handbook

Include publishers, so other people can find the book.

It's a book all its own. Dweomercraft is the series.

I think there is another green ronnin book about shapechangers.

I'm pretty sure there isn't, but I'd be happy if they did one.

Cheers
Nell.

Ok I have most of the publishers up, thanks mr browning.

To help encourage notice of new monster books I have included a

THIS JUST IN section, a minor bit of advertisement but hey what can I say.

oh and I found the steller bestiary from holistic games.

I have about thirteen other minor books that I am looking at as I am not sure they are true monster books

The Book of Dragons [Mongoose Publishing]
The book of Familiars [Troll Lord Games]
Undead [AEG]
Heroes, Villains & Monsters of Theah [AEG]

Van Richten's Guide to the Walking Dead [Arthus]

Encyclopaedia Arcane constructs [Mongoose Publishing]

Encyclopaedia Arcane crossbreeding [Mongoose Publishing]

Encyclopaedia Arcane familiars [Mongoose Publishing]

The Slayer's Guide to Giants [Mongoose Publishing]

The Slayer's Guide to Demons
The Slayer's Guide to Elementals
The Essential guide to X series
Monstrous Advanced Classes

If a PDF version of a print book is marketed as a new line with a new name and is broken up by challenge rating, would that warrant an additional entry on the list?

Can anybody tell me where I can find these:

PDF
Animals
Book of Beasts [Robert J. Hall]
Encyclopedia of Creatures [Dream Reality Press]
Monster Menagerie [Viking Games]

Are you turning Denizens of Avadnu into a series of pdfs?

AEG's dragons has only a few new creatures in it, it is mostly a sourcebook on dragons like draconomicon.

Slayer's guide to demons has a bunch of new creatures but again far less than half the book which talks about the abyss, pacts, cults, etc.

If d20 Menace Manual doesn't make the cut these shouldn't either.
