The Guardian of the Woods, and all the creatures that live there in. The Condicari are one of the most noble and awe inspiring creatures to be found in the Woodlands. One of the few remaining Elder races to not have fled at the end of the second age, the Condicari society led by their High King Aranwyn ap Builwyddan have defended the forests of the Llanwood, and the Llyrwood against the ravages of the Ice Trolls of Fenyaronde, and the Encroachment of man into their sacred woods.

The legend of their creation is that once long ago the Druid Builwyddan took the form of a Stag and stayed in the form and lived amongst the Kingdom of the deer. Thus all of the Condicari’s Kings are named the son of Builwyddan, as it is generally known among the Warriors that the first of their kind was truly the son of the Druid.

Condicari Society
The Condicari are found in the lead of herds of normal deer, and only gather high in the mountains or deep within the forest to exchange news, and to plan for the future. Aranwyn himself leads a herd of Deer throughout the Llanwood, and has been rumored to have befriended the Fair Elf Malithilyr Thorenath “ The old one of the Forest”.

Generally the Condicari society breed with the normal deer, and only rarely mate together. They do not like the encroachment of men, barely except that of high, and grey elves, and have befriended the Endan, the Tree elves, and the Wildlings. They have always been the Warriors of the Fair elves, and will always remain so. Condicari are able to communicate with normal deer, passing along simple ideas or commands through an empathic link.

Combat
When in combat they take on the form of Fair elves, and that alone has been enough to scare off even the most hardy of huntsmen. If overwhelmed in number the Condicari will flee only to ambush the encroachers at a later time. They like to watch those that enter their woods in order to see if they are harmful in their intent. Some have befriended mortal men and taken them for lovers but in general the Condicari society loathes trespassers and will take every action to drive offenders out of the woods.

Alternate Form (Su); A Condicari can assume a bipedal hybrid form or the form of a deer. The bipedal form is about 7 feet tall, males of the Condicari when in the bipedal form are covered in a snow white hide, and have a stags noble antlers. Female Condicari when bipedal also have snow white hides with dappled grey hindquarters. The head is a mixture of features: Ears, nose, muzzle, and teeth are deerlike, but the eyes and overall shape are elven. The legs are more deerlike than human, and its feat are cloven toed. The animal form is that of a fully grown (large) deer without any trace of the elven features.

Silver Vulnerability (Ex): A Condicari takes double damage from attacks that use silver unless a save is allowed for half damage. A successful Fortitude save (DC 16) halves the damage and a failure doubles it.

Darkvision Condicari have Darkvision up to 60ft .

Trackless Step No matter what class the Condicari take they are able to move through natural surroundings without leaving a trail. Condicari can be tracked but only on a successful wilderness lore check (DC 32)

Woodland Stride: Condicari may move through natural thorns, briars, overgrown areas, and similar terrain at its normal speed and without suffering damage or other impairment. Thorns, briars, and overgrown areas that are enchanted or magically manipulated to impede motion do not affect the Condicari.

This is a unique monster. Average hp should be 30 (including the extra Con bonus being +12). Saves should be +7/+7/+8. There are a lot of extra skill points that can be spent. And you don't need Control Shape skill or the Control Form feat unless this is a lycanthrope.
