The Dragon Compendium

I was hoping we might see the Rakasta article (around Dragon #247 or so). That's campaign specific, for the most part, so I guess I can see why it wasn't used.

Still, I'm highly looking forward to this book. And I hope to see that Oriental compilation! :)

And psionics, campaign classics, etc. etc. ;)

I believe they said they'll cover Oriental Adventures in its own Volume and Psionics in another. Volume I seems to be just a miscellaneous batch of new and old material updated to give you a taste of what they're going to do, what they're willing to do, and what they want to hear from us as to how to do. ;)

The themed compendiums could be a big risk though.

An Oriental One might sell well right now because AEG isn't supporting L5R d20 for example, but since the Orietnal Adventurers book itself is 3.0 and needs updating. If they could cordinate it so that an updated OA came out with the compendium...

Still, how about another preview while we're waiting? :D

If the Bleeder and Death Kiss are the same beholder, different names, then why did Paizo publish it in Dragon Compendium? Death Kisses are already in Lords of Madness. :\
Unfortunately, Death Kisses are NOT in LoM. They are in Monsters of Faerun, an oop, old (one of the oldest) 3.0 books.

have you seen the feats and monsters previews yet? :)

Saw the monsters one. That's where they had the one page preview. I was more interested in the CR listing as it gave me a better idea of what was going to be there. Feats? Linky?

A lot of bloodline feats there eh?

Dead Eye is a nice one though.

Hopefully we'll see more previews as time goes on! Gotta have a compendium fix!

I am *really* looking forward to this book. I have it on pre-order with my FLGS! I am really excited to see Matt Cavatta as an interior artist. I wish WOTC used him more for its books, too.

Joe-

Dead Eye is pretty sweet, but the BAB +14 requirement is a major balancing element! :)
