Level Up (A5E) The Dreaming and other Cosmology

I'm trying to find more information on the Dreaming (please do not answer with "it's the Feywild" that much I can figure out). I've come across mentions of the Unseen Court and seen some other things, but not a lot about the Dreaming itself. More importantly, and especially for things I'm working on, how/if it interacts with the Prime/Waking and also where the Elemental Planes, Heavens and Hells or, realistically how all this stuff works within Level Up cosmology.

Is it stuff that can be altered on a campaign-by-campaign basis? I have ideas, but people do love their Lore.

There is a decent amount of more information on the Dreaming and other planes in Planestrider's Journal. There's also some basic information on the Dreaming and how the planes connect on page 32 of Trials and Treasures, along with a map of the Planes, which may be more helpful with your specific question.

planestrider's journal is probably the best current official resource for planar lore, but adventures in zeitgeist also has a lot of information on planes including the dreaming. most of that info is specific to the setting of zeitgeist itself, but you might find inspiration there (plus, zeitgeist as a setting and the adventure path it spawned from are both just cool as hell and i will forever be an unrepentant shill for both).

Ah, okay. Thanks! I kept finding bits and pieces of it, but not a single source and thought I was missing something.
