If so, they should immediately cease and desist in making any more copies of it until they get rid of the short beholder scenes; those monsters were removed from the SRD after all.

Can't use d20 in the title either without a specific licensing agreement, unless I am very much mistaken since I am neither a lawyer nor a filmmaker...

Hrm, that's true for a movie. "d20" and "Dungeons & Dragons" are WotC's property. Hence, they would get permission from WotC anyway, so they could call it "Dungeons & Dragons". Which is too bad.

"House Rules: the Movie" sums it up much better.

Maybe it could be "the OGC movie" instead, all they have to do then is include open content, Include the OGL at the begining and make sure to update section 17 apropriately.

Of course she's not a Drow (which is backwards for word btw). I doubt a Drow would be able to acheive the high standing she has with the EMpress in consideration of how prejudiced people are against them.

However considering how this guy wrote it...
