The End + Call of Cthulhu d20 = a good time

I recently found a copy of The End at my local gaming store (it has been a very elusive lil bugger) and must say that it is a very good setting. I've been conceiving a notion of mesh parts of the CoCd20 rules into The End.....like sanity, magic, etc...

Just wondering if anyone else out there would think this is a good idea...or have any comments..

I think it's a great idea.

Are Cthulhu Mythos creatures going to appear? Perhaps God timed the rapture to spare the deserving the horrors of Great Old Ones crawling over the earth....

The End and Call of Cthulhu makes an interesting piece. In both games, the character's aren't power monsters and the power level is decidedly low.

There are a number of options one could take from each setting.

1. It wasn't Revelations but the Mythos that ended the world through the various means with the Four Horsemen becoming different Mythos lords.

2. God did end the human race to claim his children before the Mythos did.

3. Combination of the two.

What's The End? And which of our local stores did you find it in?

The End is a game by Tyranny Games about the a post-revelations game setting.... and this wonderful tome was found at the Guardtower off of trabue..

Thats pretty much what I am doing...they mesh rather well IMHO...and god could be have been an Elder God that (like you said) reclaimed what he could of humanity to prevent the Mythos from taking them....and then the meek are left on a mythos's world...

Thank you for the accolades.

More information on The End can be found at www.tyrannygames.com.

The first supplement for The End will be available at GenCon (as will the main book). The first supplement is called The Boston Massacre, which details the Boston and New England areas. More importantly it sets the stage for the conflict between two of the Horsemen of the Apocalypse.

The much anticipated Washington, D.C. (The Dogs of War) supplment will be out by the end of the year.

Thanks again,

The horsemen of the Apocalypse should be cool, but unfortunately, whenever I think of them in a game now, the thought is tainted by the representation of them in Rifts: Africa.

Great! You will sell at least one (to me)!

Of course, I lost my special edition version of "The End" - I can't find it anywhere in the house. :( Maybe I didn't use it enough, and "the Blues" got it. :D

Gotta put in some more overtime so I can just buy another copy. :)

Yeah,

We tried to make the books all Blues Resistant (Faux leather cover!), but we may have failed.

Stop by the booth (the number escapes me), I'd be please to meet you.

Look for more Web Enhancements soon, too.
