The EN World kitten
Well, the 2006 ENnies have come and gone, congratulations to all the winners!
That said, this seems like a good time to pitch constructive criticism and talk about what we'd like to see next year. Are there categories you think should be in the 2007 line-up? Should voting times be open longer? Maybe judges should be picked differently? If you have an idea, this is the place to shout it out. I'll go first:
Next year I'd like to see a category for Best Short Product. This would be for RPG products, print or PDF, that are no more than 16 pages in length (covers not included). There are a lot of great products out there, ranging from The Savage Tide Player's Guide to the Pick 'N' Mix products found on the ENGS, that are routinely overshadowed by larger works with greater production values. I think a Best Short Product category would help to show off the books that prove that page size doesn't matter; content does.
What do you think?
