The Eye of Argon

In the donation thread, PC made reference to Spawn of Fashan, the worst RPG ever.

In that review, the writer names his character Grignr after a character from a story called The Eye of Argon. Ever curious, I looked into it and some interesting stuff.

For the history of The Eye of Argon go here: http://www.brainyencyclopedia.com/encyclopedia/t/th/the_eye_of_argon.html

Eye of Argon Readings

Now, here's how you should actually go about reading The Eye of Argon.

Get yourself two hardcopies of the text. Get a bunch of friends together.

One copy of the text goes to the judge, who will read silently and judge the reading.

One person starts to read the text aloud, without correcting it. Read it as written, warts and all, including spelling and grammatical errors. Read aloud as long as you can without stumbling, correcting, or cracking up in laughter. When you can no longer continue, hand off the text to the next reader. The person who reads the largest continuous block of text wins.
